Teresa is a Product Discovery Coach who helps teams gain valuable insights from their customer interviews, run effective product experiments, and drive product outcomes that create value for their customers and their businesses. She teaches teams how to connect the dots between their research activities and their product decisions, inspiring confidence that they are on the right track. Recent clients include CarMax, Snagajob, Spotify, and Tesco.
Before becoming a coach, Teresa spent the majority of her career leading product and design teams at early-stage internet companies. Most recently, Teresa was VP of Products at AfterCollege, an Internet startup that helps college students find their first job. She was CEO of Affinity Circles, an online community provider for university alumni associations and a social recruiting service used by Fortune 500 companies. She also held product and design roles at Become.com and HighWire Press.
Cameron Adams Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, CanvaCameron Adams is a co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Canva – an online design platform started in 2012 that now has over 50 million users. He leads the design and product teams there as well as focusing on future product directions and innovative experiences.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne in 2001, Cameron started a design agency that produced work for global clients such as Atlassian, NEC, TEDx and Sydney Festival. When Google came knocking in 2007 he couldn’t resist the call and spent the next 4 years helping the co-founders of Google Maps realise the design vision for their ground-breaking communication tool Google Wave.
Through his work and his writing — which spans five books and numerous articles — Cameron has contributed to the foundations that underpin modern web design and has been asked to speak around the world at events such as South by Southwest, Pausefest, CeBIT, and Web Directions.
Crystal Widjaja Executive-In-Residence, ReforgeCrystal Widjaja is an Executive-In-Residence at Reforge and Sequoia Scout in the SF Bay Area. Crystal has been recognized as a Forbes 30Under30 and was most recently the Chief of Staff to the co-CEOs and Senior VP of Business Intelligence and Growth for Gojek, the leading on-demand multi-service platform in Southeast Asia committed to empowering informal sectors and MSMEs through technology. She is also a co-founder of Generation Girl, a non-profit organization that aims to introduce young girls to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
Bruce Haldane CPO, GoJekBruce is the Chief Product Officer for Gojek, the Indonesian superapp for ordering food, commuting, digital payments, shopping, hyper-local delivery, and a dozen other products. It is Indonesia’s first and only decacorn. Prior to Gojek Bruce has extensive product experience as the CPO for OLX Group in Berlin, Head of Product for Amazon Prime in Seattle, VP Product & Design for AVG in Prague, a Senior Director of Product for Symantec in Los Angeles, as well as product roles at AppDirect, Tivo, and Microsoft.
Genevieve Bell Director of the 3A Institute (3Ai)Distinguished Professor Genevieve Bell is the Director of the 3A Institute (3Ai) and School of Cybernetics at the Australian National University (ANU) and a Vice President and a Senior Fellow at Intel Corporation. She is best known for her work at the intersection of cultural practice and technology development. After completing her PhD in cultural anthropology at Stanford University in 1998, Genevieve spent 18 years in Silicon Valley helping guide Intel’s product development by developing the company’s social science and design research capabilities. Genevieve established 3A Institute in September 2017 at the ANU in collaboration with CSIRO’s Data61 with the mission of building a new branch of engineering to effectively and ethically manage the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on humanity through better design and management of technology.
Yi-Wei Ang CPO, Talabat (Delivery Hero)Yi-Wei is the Chief Product Officer at Talabat, serving customers in Kuwait, UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, KSA, and Iraq. Originally from Malaysia, Yi-Wei is a truly international product leader, having served as VP of Product at Property Finder in Dubai, Director of Product for TradeGecko in Singapore, Product Manager for Microsoft in Seattle, and a UX Researcher for IBM in Toronto.

She has extensive experience as a product and tech leader roles at fast-growth companies including beauty subscription service Glossybox and Sellaband, a music crowd-funding platform, where she was country manager for Japan.
Silvia is also a passionate supporter of the product community, as co-organiser of ProductTank Singapore.
Anthony Murphy Lead, Product & Agility at UST GlobalAnthony is a Product Leader who heads up a team of 20+ Product Managers, Agile Coaches and Designers who partner with clients on all thing’s product and technology. Anthony has done everything from early stage product discovery to pivoting products and even sunsetting them. He is often called in at the CPO/Head of Product level to help them with strategy, scaling and increasing their organization’s product maturity. His experience pans across many different industries and companies of all shapes and sizes – from start-ups to large corporates. He loves great coffee, a good laugh and building meaningful products.

Anthony Marter Product Leadership ConsultantAnthony is passionate about great product experiences and building leadership in the Product Management community. He’s done everything from designing refrigerator wiring to leading a product team for a SaaS platform used by over 150 million users globally, with stops along the way in Fintech and Healthtech. Anthony is currently a product consultant and coach, helping technology organisations be more successful through a focus on being truly agile, product led and outcome focused.
Anthony is also the Chair of Product Aotearoa, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing, connecting and increasing the impact of product professionals in Aotearoa New Zealand, and the lead organiser for our ProductTank Auckland meetup.

Amjad Sidqi Managing Director at Pivotal LabsA Product leader that has helped form teams and discover and build products and services into both business and consumer channels. Amjad has managed and launched products in several industries from ecommerce, airlines, telcos, insurance companies and government around the world. Amjad advocates for autonomous teams that apply lean product management, user-centered design and eXtreme Programming to build successful products. He is currently a Director at VMware Pivotal Labs in Sydney where he is helping numerous organisations build products and improve their digital capabilities.
Colin Pal Head of Product, GnowbeSince stumbling into Product Management, Colin has been in love with all things product related. In his day job, he is the Head of Product for learning platform Gnowbe. Prior to that he has served as the CPO for CaterSpot, VP Product for Photobook Worldwide, and product roles across Booster.com, Hitwise, and more. He is based in Kuala Lumpur and outside of work, his passion projects are hosting The Product Un(censored) Show podcast, founding and organising PM Huddle, and being a co-organiser of Agile Malaysia, a meetup group for agile development practitioners.
